Delete your OpenCrumb account

How to delete your account

You can permanently delete your OpenCrumb account directly in the app.

  1. Open Profile

    Open OpenCrumb and go to Profile.

  2. Delete Account

    Select Delete Account.

  3. Confirm Deletion

    Review the information and confirm that you want to permanently delete your account.

If you own a stand, you must remove your stand before deleting your account.

What happens when you delete your account?

Deleting your account permanently removes your OpenCrumb account and associated personal information, including saved stands and notification preferences. Certain records may be retained for legal purposes, as explained in our Privacy Policy.

If you have a stand-owner subscription

Removing your stand or deleting your OpenCrumb account does not cancel your subscription. To stop future billing, you must cancel your subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play.

Can't access the app?

If you cannot access your OpenCrumb account or need help with an account deletion request, contact Craft Code LLC at:

admin@opencrumbapp.com

For account-deletion requests, please contact us using the email address associated with your OpenCrumb account when possible.

Want to remove only your stand?

If you want to remove your stand but keep your OpenCrumb account, go to Manage My Stand → Stand Settings → Remove Stand.

This permanently removes your stand and its associated photos and data, but your OpenCrumb account remains active.

If you also want to delete your account, return to Profile → Delete Account after removing your stand.
